Hello Everyone hope you all had a better Christmas and New Year than I did. I am still in a lot of pain and wish this was over and didn't have to go on so long. I have been trying to work on my paper but the pain killers are making me really ill but I can't not take them. I will continue to try as I feel my paper will help a lot of people with PTSD. I know that the strategies my counselor used with me really helped and now I am moving on with my life instead of being stuck in the past. I thank you all for your prayers stay well. Laura J
